Our Ethos

Recycling

Our leave no trace ethos means that we separate, recycle and compost all waste that comes into our venue.

By working with local suppliers we also reduce our CO2 emissions and provide local economy for small business.

Composting Toilets

Our composting toilets offer a loo with a view, perched up in the canopy these dry loos function just like any other except we use sawdust instead of water.

Our toilets are kept clean and do not smell but we understand that composting loos are not for everyone and if not suitable we would recommend people to Munster Loo Hire at www.loo.ie

Eco Building

Most of our constructions have either used natural building materials found on the land like timber, earth and stone or reused old and leftover products.

Our bar area is no exception, the frame is made from old ESB poles, counter top is made out of a fallen oak sliced into planks with the saw, stools are made from fallen oaks and the roof is reclaimed tin from an old shed.
